1. Not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice
Nobarra is a marketing and visibility tool. Nothing Nobarra generates, displays, or suggests is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made by you or your audience.
2. No guarantee of results
Nobarra helps you plan and distribute content. We do not and cannot guarantee any outcome - including reach, engagement, followers, listings, fundraising, token price, or trading volume.
3. You own your content and your compliance
You are responsible for everything you publish through Nobarra and for complying with all applicable laws - including securities, advertising, and consumer-protection laws - and the terms of every platform you connect (X, Telegram, Discord, listing sites). You must not use Nobarra for market manipulation, misleading or deceptive claims, undisclosed paid promotion, spam, or anything that violates a platform's rules.
4. AI-generated content may be inaccurate
Campaigns, drafts, replies, and suggestions are produced by AI and may be inaccurate, biased, outdated, or inappropriate. You must review and edit everything before publishing. You - not Nobarra - are responsible for the final content you post.
5. Your connected accounts and API keys
When you connect API keys, you authorize Nobarra to post and send messages on your behalf. You are responsible for those accounts, for staying within each platform's rate limits and rules, and for any consequences of automated posting, including suspensions or bans.
6. Provided “as is” - limitation of liability
Nobarra is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nobarra Labs is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the product, including lost profits, lost data, account actions by third-party platforms, or reliance on generated content.
